有序分子膜的摩擦学特性研究进展
ADVANCES IN STUDIES ON TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF ORDERED MOLECULAR FILMS
【摘要】 有序分子膜优良的润滑性能使其在解决摩擦学问题中有潜在的应用价值。文中论述了有关Langmuir Blodgett(LB)膜、自组装 (SA)膜和分子沉积 (MD)膜在实验研究及理论研究方面取得的进展 ,介绍了 3种有序分子膜各自的特点及其摩擦学性能的影响因素。目前对LB膜的研究最广泛 ,对SA膜和MD膜的研究起步较晚 ,并对它们性能的优缺点进行了比较 ,同时对有序分子膜在纳米摩擦学方面的应用前景进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Recently, the investigation of the tribological properties of ordered molecular films is on the increase due to their good lubrication performance, which promotes the development of nanotribology. The progress in the experimental and theoretical studies on tribological properties of Langmuir Blodgett films, self assembled monolayers and molecular deposition films is reviewed. The properties of three kinds of ordered molecular films and the affecting factors on the friction performances of films are summarized. The performances of the films are compared. The application respects of the ordered molecular films are reviewed and prospected.
