【摘要】 根据国家药品监督管理局颁布的新药审批办法的规定 ,对门冬氨酸钾镁氯化钠注射液的溶血性、全身过敏性、血管刺激性进行试验研究。试验结果表明 ,未见门冬氨酸钾镁氯化钠注射液在体外对红细胞有溶血作用 ;对豚鼠经静脉给药 ,未见有过敏性反应 ;从家兔耳缘静脉点滴 ,上下午各一次 ,连续 7d ,光镜下观察 ,未见血管内皮细胞脱落 ,无血栓形成 ,也未见其它异常更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the provision in the guide for examining and approving the new drugs,the haemolytic effect, hypersensitive effect and angio-irratation effect of injection potassium magnesium aspartate were studied.The experiments showed that no haemolyticus effect,hypersensitive effect and angio-irratation effect of injection potassium magnesium aspartate were checked out.更多还原
