【摘要】 目的　探讨适合我国原发性肝癌的临床分期标准。方法　回顾性分析复旦大学肝癌研究所收治的 42 7例原发性肝癌病例的临床资料 ,分析各分期标准所含指标与预后的相关性、各分期标准对根治性切除率及术后预后的反映程度。结果　肿瘤大小、数目、合并癌栓及肝硬化为肝癌患者预后的相关因素 ,具体分组与肝癌专业委员会制定的标准较一致 ,在反映根治性切除率及术后预后时 ,肝癌专业委员会制定的分期标准比较有价值。结论　在几种分期标准中 ,肝癌专业委员会制定的分期标准最适合我国肝癌患者临床实际更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare several staging criterions and investigate the reasonable one for Chinese primary liver cancer.Methods The Primary liver cancer patients at the Liver Cancer Institute of Fudan University were retrospectively analysed,and then the relativity between the different factors and the prognosis,as well as the difference of the curative resection rate and the prognosis for different stages were also analysed.Results The size,number of the tumor and the vascular invasion were independent factors of the prognosis.For the grouping,the staging designed by the Liver Cancer Group of the Chinese Anti cancer Association was the most suitable one.It also reflected the curative resection rate and the prognosis after curative resection.Conclusion The staging made by Liver Cancer Group is the most reasonable one for Chinese patients.更多还原
