【摘要】 目的　探讨左半结肠、直肠癌肠梗阻结肠造口术后的外科治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析 2 6例左半结肠、直肠癌致急性肠梗阻而行结肠造口术患者的临床资料。结果　肠造口关闭术后均给予静脉营养支持治疗 ,无手术死亡及肠瘘发生 ,患者全部康复。结论　对左半结肠、直肠癌致急性肠梗阻行结肠造口术者 ,待其病情稳定后 ,可Ⅱ期同时行肿瘤根治术及肠造口关闭术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study surgical treatment after fistulizition in left semicolon and rectal cancer with acute obstruction.Methods 26 cases of fistulization in left semicolon and rectal cancer with obstruction to were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 26 cases,after fistulization within 7～30 days,they were treated with primary and metastases resection combined colosing fistulization.TPN and TEN were done after operation.There are no death and leakage.Conclusion When patients′ condition become better after fistulization in left semicolon and rectal cancer with acute obstrution,primary and metastases resection combined colosing fistulization may be safe and practical.更多还原
