【摘要】 目的　探讨提高小肠平滑肌肿瘤术前诊断率的方法。方法　回顾性分析 3 5例经手术和病理证实的小肠平滑肌肿瘤的诊断过程。结果　平滑肌瘤 14例 ,平滑肌肉瘤 2 1例 ;临床表现主要为消化道出血、腹痛、腹部或盆腔肿块 ;影像学检查发现 86%的患者有病灶存在 ,但术前确诊率仅为 3 1%。结论　熟悉本病的临床病理特点和选用相关的影像学检查有助于提高术前诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods for improving preoperative diagnosis of smooth muscle tumors in small intestine.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 35 cases of smooth muscle tumors in small intestine were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the series,14 cases were of leiomyomas,21 of leiomyosarcomas.The most common presenting symptoms and signs were gastrointestinal bleeding,abdominal mass and abdominal pain.86% of the tumors were founded preoperatively by combining various radiographic tests.Definitive diagnosis rate was 31% preoperatively.Conclusion Being familiar with the clinical and pathological characteristics,selecting relative radiographic tests help to increase the preperative diagnosis rate.更多还原
