【Abstract】 China is facing an increasing pressure for the employment of its population, and a greater difficulty for the creation of new job opportunities. Under such circumstances, a need is felt to analyze the factors that cause unemployment and employment stress and to establish a market oriented employment mechanism under the guidance of economic policies of the central and local governments, with coordination of supply and demand of manpower as a point of departure, market regulation as the basis, economic development as the final goal, and job-creation as the direction, so that a new employment mechanism featuring freedom on the part of employees in choosing jobs and autonomy on the part of employers in providing jobs can take shape.更多还原
