【Abstract】 Any institution is a kind of arrangement according to certain rules or norms, and as such it represents man’s rational selection. Such selection is usually based on the nature and level of productive forces and is an indicator of institutional evolution or change. The history of institutional changes of a given society is one in which new rules and norms keep getting introduced and new cooperation and competition take place to give rise to new interests and new selection.
