【摘要】 目的　观察羟考酮控释片 (奥施康定Oxycontin)对癌性疼痛的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法　采用随机双盲双模拟实验。对照药为二氢可待因控释片 ,用于 35例中重度癌性疼痛。给药方法 ,实验组 :羟考酮 2 0mg ,q12h ,对照组 :二氢可待因 12 0mg ,q12h ,均给药一周。镇痛效果判定指标为疼痛强度、疼痛缓解率、有效率。结果　实验药与对照药镇痛效果一致 ,羟考酮控释片主要不良反应有头晕、恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、便秘等 ,无严重不良反应发生。对呼吸、血压、心率及肝肾功能无明显影响。结论　羟考酮控释片用于中重度癌性疼痛安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets(Oxycotin) for cancer pain.Methods A randomized, double blined, double controlled clinical trial was conducted. DHC contin was used as control medicine. Thirty-five patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated for one week by Oxycotin 20mg, q12h-1w. DHC contin 120mg, q12h-1w. The indicators of effect judgement were intensity and release rate of pain, effective rate.Results The effects of experimental and control medicine were similar. The side effects of Oxycotin were dizzy, nausea, vomit, constipation, etc. No serious side effect was found. Oxycotin didn’t show obvious affection to the function of respiration liver, kidney and blood pressure, heart rate.Conclusion Oxycotin is save and effective for moderate and severe cancer pain.更多还原
