【摘要】 目的 :探讨功能失调性子宫出血的药物治疗方法。方法 :将 82例功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为二组 ,分别采用单纯西药及中西医结合治疗 ,并比较其疗效。结果 :中西药组总有效率为 94.1% ,与对照组的 80 .6 %相比 ,有明显的差异。随访观察结果 ,中西药组复发率 10 .4% (5 / 48)低于对照组 36 .0 % (9/ 2 5 )。结论 :中西药组的疗效优于常规的西药疗法 ,中西药组治疗效果稳定且不易复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study medical therapy to dsyfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB).Methods Eighty-two patients with DUB were randomly divided into two groups:western medicine group and combined Chinese and western medicines group,and comparasions of the two therapies were made.Results The total effective rate was 94.1% in the latter group and 80.6% in the former group.There was a significant difference between them.The follow-ups showed that the recurrance rate was 10.4%(5/48) in combined Chinese and western medicines group and 36.0%(5/25) in control group.Conclusion The combined Chinese and western medicines therapy is better than western medicine therapy.更多还原
