【摘要】 目的　探讨昆虫生长调节剂灭幼宝 (S- 31183)在实验室条件下对淡色库蚊各龄幼虫直接毒性及对各龄幼虫化蛹、蛹羽化的影响。方法　在实验室中 ,用 S- 31183作蚊各龄幼虫和蛹 ,观察其幼虫的死亡率、化蛹率、羽化率。结果　各龄幼虫用药后 ,对幼虫化蛹无直接影响 ,当 S- 31183质量分数达 10× 10 - 6以上时 ,对 、 龄幼虫有直接毒杀作用 ,幼虫死亡率明显高于对照组 ;当 S- 31183质量分数达 0 .0 1× 10 - 6以上时 ,对 龄幼虫有明显的抑制羽化作用 ,羽化抑制敏感期为 龄幼虫第 3、4天 ,半数致死浓度 L c5 0 =0 .8116× 10 - 9。结论　 S- 31183对 、 龄幼虫有直接毒杀作用 ,对 龄幼虫有明显的抑制羽化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the susceptibility of insect growth regulators S 31183 (pyriproxyfen) to Culex pipiens pallens larva and pupa in the laboratory.Method Every instar of larvae and pupae be acted by S 31183,then to observe its mortality,pupation and eclosion rates.Result S 31183 was highly effective in inhibiting normal development of mosquito larvae into adults.The fourth larvae were of the most sensitive stage.Mortality occurred in the late pupae stage,its lethal concentration 50% is 0.811 6×10 9 .Conclusion S 31183 can directly kill early instar larva,it evidently restrains eclosion of fourth instar larva.更多还原
