【摘要】 应用测定心肌细胞钙瞬变的方法研究心先安外源性cAMP对正常及肥厚心室肌钙瞬变的作用 ,结果发现 :①正常与肥厚大鼠心肌细胞的钙瞬变无显著差异 (2 0 2 .37± 2 0 .87vs 188.74± 2 2 .0 6 ,P >0 .5 ) ;②心先安 (5 0 μmol·L-1)可使正常及肥厚大鼠心肌细胞钙瞬变均明显增加 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且对正常大鼠的作用更强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;③尼卡地平 (1μmol·L-1)可使正常及肥厚大鼠心肌细胞的钙瞬变明显减小 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。提示心先安对肥厚大鼠也具有正性变力作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of exogenous meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA) on calcium transient was investigated in normal and hypertrophied ventricular myocytes in rats. Left ventricular hypertrophy was induced by stenosis of abdominal aorta. Tillphotonics imaging system was used. The results indicated: ①no significant difference was observed in calcium transient between normal and hypertrophied myocytes(202.37±20.87vs 188.74±22.06,P>0.5);②MCA increased calcium transient in both types of myocytes(P<0.001) in concentration 50 μmol·L -1 , but effect on normal myocytes was larger than that in hypertrophied myocytes(P<0.05);③nicardipine decreased calcium transient significantly in both types of myocytes (P<0.001). These results suggest that MCA is effective in hypertrophied myocytes.更多还原
