【摘要】 目的　研究p16蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组化ABC法 ,在 70例原发性大肠癌和 2 5例正常大肠黏膜组织中检测 p16蛋白的表达。 结果　p16蛋白在癌组织中表达缺失率为 62 9% ( 4 4/70 ) ,在正常组织为 16% ( 16/2 1) ,p16蛋白表达随着Duke分期级别升高 ,缺失率越来越高 ,且有显著性差异。 3 8例淋巴结转移的大肠癌中 ,有 2 5例 p16蛋白表达缺失 ,缺失率为 72 % ,而 3 2例无转移者有 19例 p16蛋白表达缺失 5 3 2 % ,两组的缺失率表达有显著性差异。 结论　大肠癌发生过程中 ,存在 p16蛋白表达的异常 ,且 p16蛋白表达缺失与Duke分期和大肠癌淋巴结转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the expression and significance of p16 protein in colon carcinoma. Method ABC method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p16 protein in the mucous membrane in colon carcinoma( n=10) and normal colon tissue( n= 25). Results The deletion rate of p16 protein expression decreased with the Duke’s staging, and there was significant difference between diseased and normal colon membranes in respect of p16 protein. Conclusion Abnormality of p16 protein expression appears with development of colon carcinoma.The p16 protein deletion is related to Duke’s staging and lymph node metastasis of colon carcinoma.更多还原
