【摘要】 目的　探讨检测血清 CA1 2 5对结核诊断的价值。方法　采用电化学发光方法检测血清中CA1 2 5。结果　结核患者血清 CA1 2 5水平明显高于正常对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,治疗后结核患者血清 CA1 2 5明显下降 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论　动态检测 CA1 2 5是诊断结核和观察疗效的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of detecting CA125 in the serum in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Method The serum level of CA125 was assayed by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Result The serum level of CA125 was notably elevated in tuberculosis compared with the control group( P <0 01).The serum level of CA125 in the tuberculosis decreased notably after treatment ( P <0 01).Conclusion The dynamic detection of CA125 in the serum is an important index in the diagnosis and in the observation of therapeutic effect.更多还原
