【Abstract】 The study aids at searching for one method to correct matrix effect in the assay of enzyme activity.Determine enzyme activity high value sample with entering standard method and mormal human mixing serum diluting method.Determine sample of about Xe with entering standard method.Experimental results proved entering stadard method and normal human mixing serum diluting method could correct effectively matrix effcet and thereby got accurate results.This method have simple,fast,accurate,economic and applicable advantage etc.更多还原
