十二烷氧基双氧乙烯基乙酸咪唑啉乙酸盐的合成和性能
Synthesis and surface properties of 1-(2-amine ethyl) -2-(dodecyloxy diethyleneoxy) methyl imidazoline acetate
【摘要】 以十二烷氧基双氧乙烯基乙酸为原料,与二乙三胺反应合成了咪唑啉环,进而合成了乙酸盐型咪唑啉两性表面活性剂.测定了其水溶液的表面张力、起泡性能和临界胶束浓度,讨论了反应条件对表面活性剂性能的影响,找出了成环反应的最佳条件.即以乙酸异戊酯为溶剂,二乙三胺/十二烷氧基双氧乙烯基乙酸摩尔比为4∶1,在184℃以上反应8.5h.
【Abstract】 The dodecyl alcohol diethyleoxy other carboxylic acid (DADECA) was synthesized and taken as material to react with diethylene triamine (DETA) to form 1(2amine ethyl) 2(do decyloxyl, diethyleneoxy) methyl imidazoline, which react with chloroacid to synthesis its acetate. The properties of the surfactants, such as surface tension, foam as well as critical micellization (cme) in aqueous solution were discussed. The effecting factors, for the synthesis of imidazoline, such as the reaction time, temperature, molar ratio and solvent, were studied, and their effect of the properties were discussed. The reaction conditions recommended are as follows: the molar ratio of DETA to DADECE is 4∶1, reaction temperature is above 184℃, reaction time is 8.5h,and isopentyl acetate as solvent.
