绿孔雀消化系统的组织学观察
Histological observation of Digestive System of Pavo muticus
【摘要】 对绿孔雀消化系统进行了组织学观察.结果表明,绿孔雀的消化系统与一般鸟类的大致相似,消化管各段腺体发达.食管表层为轻度角质化的复层扁平上皮,粘膜肌层异常发达.腺胃内腺体成宽大集合窦状,为单管状和管泡状腺.肌胃发达,肌胃粘膜肌层不明显;十二指肠绒毛长而密集,分支现象异常明显,有中央乳糜管存在,粘膜下层不明显,无十二指肠腺.空肠上皮细胞中杯状细胞增多,肠绒毛粗短,少有分支,中央乳糜烂管明显可见.盲肠一对,呈"V"形,管壁较厚,固有层有淋巴结存在,粘膜下层异常发达,内充填有脂肪组织.直肠壁环行肌发达.肝胆管、两胰管分别汇合后开口于十二指肠内壁.肝脏、胰脏小叶界限不清晰.
【Abstract】 The digestive system of Pavo muticus is similar to that of other birds. Every portion of the alimentary canal has well developed glands; stratified squamous epithelium is slightly corneous in epithelium of 0esophague, and muscular is mucosae is strikingly developed. The gland in glandular stomach assemble are just like wide sinus, which is composed of simple tubular glands and tubulocinar glands. There is a strong muscular stomach, whose muscularis mucosae is not apparent. Intestinal villi, which have apparent branches and lacteal in duldenum, are long and dense. Submucosa is not obvious, and there is no glandular duodenales. More cupped cells can be seen among the epithelium of the jejunum, and intestinal villis are thick and short. Intestinal villis of jejunum have less branches, in which there are apparent central lacteal. A pair of cecum looks like Vshape, whose tubular wall is thicker. There are lymphoid nodes in its lamina propria of cecum. Submucosa filled with adipose tissue is well developed. Circular muscle of rectum wall is developed. The mergence of common hepatic duct and cystic duct, and the two pancreatic ducts form a tubular at the inner wall of duodenum. The boundary of hepatic lobule and pancreatic lobule is obscure.
