黑镍选择性吸收涂层光学性能研究
Study in optical property of blacknickel selectively absorbing coat
【摘要】 研究了黑镍 铜 玻璃选择性吸收涂层的制备,获得了表面光学性能α=0.94,β=0.05~0.06,αε=19~16的涂层特征指标.分析了制备条件和膜层厚度及基材表面光洁度对光学性能的影响,并据此提出了较为合理的制备条件和膜层厚度.
【Abstract】 The method and technic for preparation of blacknickelcopperglass selectively absorbing coating are studied. Optical property parameters have been obtained. The effect of thickness of film, preparation conditions and surface roughness of substrate web are discussed in the light of optical property. The preferable preparation condition and film thickness are offered.
