微乳胶调控的磷酸钙盐纳米结构矿化材料研究
Microemulsion controlling nano-structured mineralization of calcium phosphate
【摘要】 以天然来源的卵磷脂为双亲分子、正十四烷为油相和水相形成的微乳胶为磷酸钙盐矿化的“模板” ,调控、诱导矿化 ,并用SEM、IR和XRD等手段研究了产物的微观结构和组成 .得到了由卵磷脂与HAP共同构建的具有纳米结构的连通管道立体网状、空心棒状、空心球状产物 .制备了具有纳米微观结构的生物活性替代材料
【Abstract】 The micromulsion formed by mixing lecithin (as amphiphili molecule),tetradecane(as the oil phase) and water is used as the templates for the mineralization of calcium phosphate, the nano structured products with the shape of tuble and hollow rob made from lecithin and HAP, are prepared. The minerals formed are characterized by means of EXD,XRD,SEM and IR.
