【Abstract】 Confucion and Legalists in Chinese antiquity claimed respectively the thought of moral education and legal education made use of to prevent crime.Being combined on several dynasties of China,it played much more important pole on anticrime although there are limitations .It will bring an important meaning on preventing and admistering the social-crime of China today to sum up the educational thought on anticrime of Confucion and Legalists and incorprates the experience of education on anticrime on several Chinese dynasties.更多还原
