【摘要】 万家寨引黄工程总干线9#隧洞完工后,经检测发现存在拱顶纵向裂缝,伸缩缝止水带安装错位,底拱混凝土局部振捣不密实,钢筋保护层大于设计值等质量缺陷,针对这些缺陷,采取灌浆、表面涂刷环氧树脂涂料,设置双组份聚硫密封胶柔性明止水,凿除底拱混凝土内表面以下10cm厚混凝土,代之以一级配C25补偿收缩混凝土配受力钢筋等处理方案,进行了处理,经试通水检验,取得了较好的更多还原

【Abstract】 The tunnel No.9,217meters long,lie s in the general main line,Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Project),It is of the horseshoe section,5.35meters by 5.36meters.The design dis charge of the tunnel is48m 3 /s under free flow,the design condit ion.Overall Length of the tunnel passes through callapsible loess forma tion,(Q 3 ),Epipleistocene series,Quaternary System.In this paper,the defects t reatment process in concrete of the t unnel lining after completion such as the t reatment of longitudial cracks in arch crown,the treatment of seepape fr om girth expansion Joint due to unsuitable in stallation of waterstop strip,the t reatment of reinforcement displacement down-ward in tunnel invert and so on are int roduced in detail.All of the treatme nts have Obtained comparatively satisfactory result,shown by operation test.更多还原
