【Abstract】 The circulation of rural collective land for construction affects the stabilization and prosperity of agriculture and country.this paper selects the typical towns in Changzhi region as the case study,analyzes the main characteristics,forms and problems taking on during the circulation of rural collective constructive land,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the land administrative law and regulation in our country.更多还原
