【摘要】 对严重为害仙客来的萎凋病进行病原菌分离纯化 ,并进行致病性测定。经鉴定 ,造成仙客来萎凋病的病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌翠菊专化型 ,主要发生于夏秋季节及进入温室后的仙客来生育后半期 ,通过带菌栽培基质 ,侵染根系及叶柄基部的自然孔口。防治试验表明 ,在发病后大多数药剂治疗效果均不明显 ;用 4 7%加瑞农可湿性粉剂、代森锰锌、普力克有较好的预防效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Isolation of pathogenetic fungi of cyclamen stem wilt have been done and predisposition tested.The result showed stem wilt of cyslamen was caused by Fusarium Oxysporum Sehl type,stem wilt took place through infection at petiolar epening at later growth stage after syclamen moved into greenhouse.The preventional experiment showed that most of pesticides have no effect to the disease,only 47% wetable powder mancozeb,showed relatively satisfied effect.更多还原
