【摘要】 目的 :探讨大肠癌致肠梗阻急诊处理方法。方法 :分析 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月间大肠癌致肠梗阻急诊手术的临床资料。结果 : 期右半结肠切除吻合术 18例 , 期左半结肠切除吻合术 2 2例 , 期左半结肠切除或肿瘤姑息切除 Hartm ann手术 12例 ,各种肠造瘘 8例。发生吻合口漏 1例 ,行 2次手术造瘘。无死亡病例。结论 :早期手术 ,合理的手术方式 ,正确的围手术期治疗可收到良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection:To investigate the management of large bowel obstruction caused by colorectal carcinome.Methods:Clinical data of 60 cases with large bowel obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma from Jan 1996 to Dec 2000 were analyzed restrospectively.Results:The right hemicolectomy was performed in 18 patients,left hemicolectomy was performed in 22 patients.Left hemicolectomy with proximal colon fistulization was performed in 12 cases.Sigmoid fistulization was performed in 8 patients.Conclusion:Operating early,selecting rational colectomy and approprite perioperation management can achive satisfactory results.更多还原
