【摘要】 为了解健康管理类别护理诊断的临床应用情况 ,对实施护理程序护理的 50例糖尿病、脑梗死及脑出血病人进行分析 ,结果有关健康管理类别的 7个护理诊断中 ,个人处理治疗计划不当占 36 .0 % ,健康维护低效1 6 .0 % ,无一例应用社区处理治疗计划不当。说明健康管理类别护理诊断的应用 ,对维护病人健康和心理完好状态具有普遍性和良好的适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the use of nursing diagnosis on health management classification, 50 cases of patients with diabetes, cerebral infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage who had been carried out nursing procedures were analyzed. Results showed that among 7 nursing diagnoses about health management classification, unsuitable treatment accounted for 36.0%. Less effectiveness of health maintenance accounted for 16.0%. None had received the community treatment plan improperly. Denoted that the utilization of nursing diagnosis on health management classification is well applicable for patients to keep good health and psychological state更多还原
