【摘要】 为探讨变应原疫苗皮内试验发生不良反应的护理对策 ,对1115例接受变应原疫苗皮内试验病人的一般情况以及皮肤试验时发生不良反应的情况进行观察。结果 :变应原疫苗皮内试验中晕针反应发生率为 2 .2 % ,主要的危险因素为空腹饥饿状态、家族遗传史、中青年病人。提出在变应原疫苗皮内试验时 ,首先要做好心理护理 ,避免在变应性疾病发作期、饥饿、过度疲劳和睡眠不足情况下做变应原疫苗皮内试验更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the nursing countermeasures of acupuncture syncope reaction happened in allergenic vaccine intradermal test, 1 115 cases of patients who had received the allergenic vaccine intradermal test were investigated. Items included medical history and general status of these patients,and the conditions of patients when acupuncture syncope was happening to them. Results showed that the incidence of acupuncture syncope as patients were receiving the allergenic vaccine intradermal test was 2.2%. The main risk factors include fasting and starvation, familial hereditary history, and young or middle-aged patients. A good psychological nursing may eliminate the acupuncture syncope reaction caused by some psychological factors. Suggesting that when allergenic vaccine intradermal test is performed, psychological nursing should be carried out first. The test should be avoided under certain circumstances including patient at the attacking stage of allergenic diseases, with starvation, fatigue or hyposomnia.更多还原
