【Abstract】 As we joined the WTO, Nursing Profession faces to challenges from market economies, service concept, professional personnel, and traditional nursing management. It also provides an opportunity for nursing staff to enhance their nursing skills, to enrich the levels of nursing services, and to promote the diversifying of the medical organization. Nursing staff should take the opportunities to open up nursing service market actively.
