【摘要】 对年产 15 0 0t～ 2 0 0 0t的脲醛胶生产厂进行了调查 ,讨论在工艺 (如聚乙烯醇的预处理、缩合前 pH值调整用酸的选择、缩合阶段pH值的控制和检测方法、产品最终 pH值的控制范围等 )和设备方面 (如反应釜、冷凝器、真空泵、回流冷凝器等 )普遍存在的问题 ,就工艺操作的优惠条件及适合该产品生产的设备的合理结构提出改进方案更多还原

【Abstract】 The factories that the production quantity in one year from 1 500 t to 2 000 t of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive are investigated.The problems in technology,for example,the pretreatment for polyvinyl alcohol,the selection of acid used for adjustement of pH value before condensation,the cotrolling and checking methods for pH value in the condensation stage,the controlling range of pH value for product,and so on,and in equipments,such as reactor, condenser,vacuum pump,reflux condenser,and so on,are discussed.The improving methods for which the preference conditions are controlled in technology operation and the advisable epuipment constructions for this product are pointed.更多还原
