紫外光固化EA树脂的研制
Synethesis of epoxy acrylic acid UV-curing resins
【摘要】 环氧树脂和丙烯酸在适宜条件下合成EA树脂。讨论了各种反应条件对EA树脂性能的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件 :催化剂A用量 1% ,阻聚剂B用量 1‰~ 3‰ ,在 10 0℃滴加丙烯酸 1 0h~ 1.5h ,滴加完后在 110℃反应约 0 5h ,丙烯酸与环氧树脂的摩尔比为 1 0 4∶1。
【Abstract】 The epoxy resin E 51 and acrylic acid are used to synthesize UV curing EA resins.The influence of the reaction factors to the properties of EA resins is discussed.The optimum conditions for producing UV curing EA resins are as below: the quantity of catalyst A is 1%,the amount of inhibitor B is 1‰~3‰,the time of dripping acrylic acid is 1 h~1.5 h at 100 ℃,after dripping,the reaction is lasted for 0.5 h at 110 ℃,molar ratio of acrylic acid to epoxy resin is 1.04∶1.
