紫外分光光度法测定粗蒽中菲的含量
Determination of phenanthrene in crude anthraquinone by UV-spectrophotometer
【摘要】 采用环己烷作为溶剂 ,在 0 .0 2 g/L ,2 93nm波长下用紫外分光光度法测定武钢粗蒽产品中菲的含量 ,得到较为理想的结果。该法相对标准偏差 2 .70 % ,平均回收率为 10 1.5 2 % ,RSD为 2 .5 9%。本法简便、快速 ,结果可靠 ,适于粗蒽中菲含量的测定
【Abstract】 A determination of phenathrene in crude anthraquinone by UV Spectrophotometer has been studied. Cyclohexane is applied as solvent and wavelength of the determination is 293 nm. The method has the precision of 2.70% RSD. The average recovery is 101.52% with RSD of 2.59%. The method is characterized by simplicity,quick determination and better repeatability, and can be used for the determination of phenathrene in crude anthraquinone.
