股票发行核准制对甘肃企业上市的影响及其对策分析
Analyses of the effect and corresponding countermeasures given by authorizing system to the Gansu’s enterprises‘ listing
【摘要】 文章首先论述了股票发行市场核准制的涵义 ,然后结合现状对我国实施核准制给甘肃企业上市所带来的影响从长短期进行了分析 ,最后提出了有利于甘肃企业上市的相应对策。
