【摘要】 加强非公有制经济领域的思想政治教育工作 ,是我们建设有中国特色社会主义的必然要求。当前 ,大家普遍感到在非公有制经济领域进行思想政治教育比较难 ,其原因主要在于 :1、从经济基础和意识形态的关系来看 ,认为非公有制经济从根本上来说是非社会主义性质的经济形式 ,非社会主义性质的经济形式同社会主义的意识形态具有对立和互相排斥性 ;2、从思想政治教育的主要内容来看 ,近几年来 ,社会主义的理想信念和集体主义价值观在整个社会严重削弱 ,特别在非公有制经济领域其魅力锐减 ,许多人已对其科学性和合理性产生怀疑 ;3、从教育对象上看 ,非公有制经济业主除一般具有排斥社会主义思想政治教育的特点外 ,还存在思想认识上的两个疙瘩 ,而雇佣工人对思想政治教育则不感兴趣 ;4、从教育主体来看 ,教育主体不仅马克思主义理论素养不高 ,而且普遍缺乏科学的关于在非公有制经济领域进行思想政治教育的理论指导更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening ideological and political education of non-public economic field is a necessary requirement for building socialism with the Chinese characteristics.At present people generally think that it is difficult to implement ideological and political education in the non-public economic field.The main causes:1.From the relation between economic base and ideology,it is believed that essentially speaking non-public-system economy is not the economic form of socialist natures which has some opposition and rejection to socialist ideology;2.From the main contents of ideological and political education,in recent years socialist ideal,belief and collective values become seriously weak in the whole society,especialy in the non-public economic field.A lot of people suspect of its scientificness and rationale;3.From the objects of education,owners of non-public system economy have some characteristies of rejecting ideological and political education socialism,besides,they have two knots in ideological understanding so they are not interested in ideological and political education for their employees;4.From the main-body of education,they not only have no high quality of Marxist theory but also are communly lack of Scientific and theoretical instruction in the ideological and political education in the non-public econmic field.更多还原
