浅论刑事附带民事诉讼的特点及其诉讼价值
Talking about the Advantages of Civil Suit Collateral to Criminal Procedure and its Value of Suit
【摘要】 刑事附带民事诉讼是刑事诉讼中的一项重要法律制度 ,研究和认识其诉讼特点与诉讼价值 ,有利于健全、完善刑事诉讼法制 ,并充分及时地维护被害人的合法权益
【Abstract】 Civil suit collateral to criminal procedure is an important legal system of criminal procedure.Studying and recognizing its advantages and value of suit,will do good to perfecting law and order on criminal procedure and will sufficiently protect victims’legal rights and interests on time.
