【Abstract】 The administrative guidance has become key means to implement management function of governments in today’s society.Japan is the best in application of administratiue guidance.Through the comparision of administrative guidance between China and Japan from five fields including cultural foundation,foundation of system,market economy,development and standardization,some shortcomings of the Chinese administrative guidance can be found,which is significant for China to better use and improve administrative guidance.更多还原
