【Abstract】 This paper introduces ISO 9000(2000 version)in terms of its generality,scientific rigidity and practicability.It advocates formation of school targets and policies on the basis of students and employers’ demands,under the guidance of High Education Law and eight principles of quality management.It also stresses the role of ISO 9000 in establishing implementing and continuously improving education quality management for better achievements in higher education.更多还原
