20CrMnTi钢渗碳后变形温度对流变特性的影响
Influence of forming temperature on flow characteristics of carburized 20CrMnTi steel
【摘要】 将齿轮常用钢 2 0CrMnTi,取为圆环试样 ,经渗碳处理为含碳浓度不同的均匀试样 ,在Gleeble— 15 0 0热模拟机上压缩变形 ,研究变形温度对 2 0CrMnTi钢渗碳后流变特性r的影响。考虑Fe C Cr Mn四元合金相变特点 ,得出2 0CrMnTi渗碳后渗层及心部流变的基本规律
【Abstract】 The compression test of 20CrMnTi steel with different carbon content by carburizing treatment was carried out by means of Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The influence of forming temperature on flow characteristics of carburized 20CrMnTi steel was analyzed. Considering the characteristics of phase transformation for Fe-C-Cr-Mn alloy, the basic rule of the flow characteristics of carburized case and center of the parts was obtained.
