轴对称正挤压的简化滑移线解
Simplified slip-line solution for the forward axial-symmetry extrusion
【摘要】 介绍了一种分析轴对称塑性成形问题的新方法———简化滑移线解法 ,并得到了光滑锥形凹模正挤压问题的简化滑移线解 ,求解所依据的近似应力场满足平衡微分方程和应力边界条件 ,并包含有应力间断面 ,但在某些局部范围内不满足屈服准则。结果表明 ,简化滑移线解高于滑移线解 ,低于上限解 ,比较接近于真实载荷 ,是求解轴对称塑性成形问题变形力的一种简便而实用的新方法
【Abstract】 A new method-simplified slip-line approach to the analysis for the axisymmetric forming of metals is discussed in this paper.The simplified slip-line solution to the axisymmetric forward extrusion problem through the smooth conical die has been obtained,The solution is based on the approximate stress filed which is compatible with the equation of equilibrium and stress boundary conditions, and involves suitable surfaces of discontinuity of the stress.The yield condition is to be violated in a limited region of plastic deformation.The results show that simplified slip-line solution is greater than the slip-line filed solution and less than the upper bound solution.It approachable to the true load.It is a convenient and practical method for determining the force required for the deformation in the axisymmetric deforming.
