HPLC测定冷浸法提取中成药中的甘草酸含量
Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid Content in Chinese Patent Medicine by HPLC --extracting method of infusion
【摘要】 报道了以 PC8为色谱柱 ,甲醇 :水 :醋酸 (5 7.0∶ 42 .6∶ 0 .4,V∶ V∶ V)为流动相 ,在 UV2 5 4nm为测定波长的条件下 ,利用外标法定量 ,建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定冷浸法提取自制的 (依据经典成方 ) 8种方剂和 12种市售中成药中甘草酸含量。实验表明 ,本法操作简便、快速、结果准确 ,适用于测定不同类型制剂中甘草酸的含量。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes the determ ination method of glycyrrhizic acid(GA) in Chinese patent medicines.GA was extra cted by infusion extraction method and determined by HPLC on C 8 column,in meth anol water ethanoic(57.0∶42.6∶0.4,V∶V∶V)acid solution as a mobile phase,a nd de tection wavelength at 254 nm.The results of experiments show that the mobile pha se of CH 3OH H 2O HAc(57.0∶42.6∶0.4,V∶V∶V)can give GA a good separation from other interference peaks in 8 kinds of Chinese patent medicine prepared in labo ratory and the 12 samples bought in market.This determination method is simple,r apid and accurate,suitable for the quality control of GA in different forms of d rugs.
