刑事普通程序简易审的理念及制度设计
On the Idea and System Designing of the Summary Trial of the ordinary Criminal Proceedings
【摘要】 文章从刑事诉讼价值的角度对刑事普通程序简易审的合理性进行了较深入的理论论证 ,并对刑事普通程序简易审中的若干实际操作问题提出了新的较为合理的制度设计
【Abstract】 this article gives a deeper explanation to the justness of the summary trial of the ordinary proceedings. Then, the article provides a new system designing that is more reasonable for the solution of problems in the practice.
