【Abstract】 At physiological concentration,ethanol could affect the number of neuron,as well as neuromorphogenesis during development.Ethanol enhanced morphological and functional differentiation in combination with nerve growth factor(NGF).Treatment of PC12 cells with 50 ng/ml NGF in the incorporation of 100 mmol/L ethanol could establish a differentiation model of PC12 cells.
