骨生长肽与骨质疏松症

【摘要】 骨生长肽(OGP)是一个由14个氨基酸组成的多肽,广泛存在于人和哺乳动物血清中。现已发现OGP有两个重要功能:促进成骨细胞和成纤维细胞的生长及促进造血作用。目前,动物实验已表明OGP可用于骨质疏松症的治疗。

【Abstract】 OGPconsistsof14aminoacidsandexistsinbloodserumof humanandothermammalian.Therearetwoimpor-tantfunctionsof OGP.Itis a mitogenof osteoblasticandfirbroblasticcellsanditcanstimulateshematopoiesis.Theresults frommouseandrabbitshowthatOGPcouldbe usedinthetreatmentof osteoporosis.
