部分国家应对资本弱化的税收举措
【摘要】 资本弱化是跨国公司避税的一种手段。发达国家纷纷制定了一系列的措施以防止资本弱化的避税问题。这些国际经验对我国完善这些方面的法规有一定的借鉴作用。
