作物抗旱的作用机制及其基因工程改良研究进展
Advances in the Studies on Crop Drought-Resistant Function Mechanism and Its Improvement via Genetic Engineering
【摘要】 以不同靶标基因为例 ,分不同作用机制 (如渗透调节、清除氧自由基、LEA蛋白、水通道蛋白、脱水素和气孔关闭等 ) ,简要介绍了近 10年来人们利用转基因技术改良作物抗旱性的研究进展 ,以期为我国农业的抗旱性研究提供一些思路。
【Abstract】 Based on different target genes, this article reviewed briefly the progress of breeding for improvement on crop resistance to drought using genetic transformation in latest ten years, according to different mechanism such as osmo-regulation, scavenging oxidative radicals, Lea protein, aquaporins, dehydrins and stomata closure, which supplied several new approaches to research of resistance to drought for Northern Agriculture in our country.
