【摘要】 利用RAPD(随机扩增多态DNA)方法 ,选用 37种10bp的随机引物 ,对罗曼蛋鸡基因组DNA进行多态性分析 ,发现其中两种引物 (OPS - 0 8,OPY - 0 6 )在三代 7个品系中都能扩增出多条带并且反映其基因组DNA的多态性 ,可用于检测出不同品系间的差异 ,并且这两种引物的碱基序列有 80 %是对应互补的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper applies RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)assay to detect Roman hens genomic DNA polymophism.We chose 37 different kinds of oligonucleotide in mixed three generations which have seven strains in all and found that only two primers could amplify few bands,it says that the two primers can show the genomic DNA polymorphisms and can be used to detect genomic differences in different strains of Roman hens Surprisingly,80% bases in the two primers chosen are complementary correspondingly.更多还原
