单螺杆挤出各区段数学模型的衔接方法研究

【摘要】 简要介绍了单螺杆挤出过程的三段七区物理模型。在正确处理各区段边界条件、区段间分界点及衔接条件基础上,采用面向对象程序设计语言C++,对各功能段进行了有效连接,实现了描述整个单螺杆挤出过程的算法的稳定性与收敛性,所得的压力、温度等变量的计算结果与实验值吻合较好。

【Abstract】 The threestages and sevensections model of the singlescrew extrusion was briefly.On the basis of correct boundary conditions,dividing lines and connecting conditions,the different stages were efficiently linked up by the Object Oriented Programming C++.The stability and convergence of the numerical methods were realized and the pressure and temperature results were also in good accordance with the experiments.
