单螺杆挤出各区段数学模型的衔接方法研究
Linking-up between Different Stages of the Single Screw Extrusion Model
【摘要】 简要介绍了单螺杆挤出过程的三段七区物理模型。在正确处理各区段边界条件、区段间分界点及衔接条件基础上,采用面向对象程序设计语言C++,对各功能段进行了有效连接,实现了描述整个单螺杆挤出过程的算法的稳定性与收敛性,所得的压力、温度等变量的计算结果与实验值吻合较好。
【Abstract】 The threestages and sevensections model of the singlescrew extrusion was briefly.On the basis of correct boundary conditions,dividing lines and connecting conditions,the different stages were efficiently linked up by the Object Oriented Programming C++.The stability and convergence of the numerical methods were realized and the pressure and temperature results were also in good accordance with the experiments.
