镁基高抑烟纳米阻燃剂在高分子材料中的应用研究
Applications of Improved Smoke Suppression Inorganic Flame Retardant Nanomaterials Containing Magnesium in Polymeric Materials
【摘要】 研究了纳米LDH(水滑石 )和纳米Mg(OH) 2 无机阻燃剂对环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯电缆料及尼龙 6 /聚丙烯体系的阻燃效果。结果表明两者对环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯的抑烟效果极为显著 ,纳米Mg(OH) 2 对聚乙烯有很好的阻燃效果 ,可使氧指数上升 16 %以上 ;纳米LDH与APP(聚磷酸铵 )复配 ,可获得对PA 6 /PP共混物的协同阻燃效果。
【Abstract】 The flame retardancy effects of Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH) nanomaterials and magnesium hydroxide nanomaterials on epoxy resin (EP),polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE) in wire and cables and polyamide-6 (PA-6)/polypropylene (PP) blends were investigated.The results showed that LDH and Mg(OH) 2 exhibited excellent smoke suppression with EP and PVC.The addition of Mg(OH) 2 to PE increased oxygen index by 16%.There was found to be a synergistic effect between LDH and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) fire retardants in PA-6/PP blends.
