【Abstract】 Allicin was studied as inhibitor for Bacillus licheniformis,Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Streptococcus faecalis, and Streptococcus thermophilus of the microecological preparation.The result shows that the inhibition on the growth is obvious when the allicin is above 1.2% , for 4 hours.更多还原
