咪唑啉型缓蚀剂的合成及其抑制CO2腐蚀性能的研究

【摘要】 合成了一种咪唑啉型缓蚀剂,并将所合成的咪唑啉型缓蚀剂与其它物质进行复配得到一种抗CO2腐蚀的气-液双相缓蚀剂。利用静态失重法测定了咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在盐酸介质中对20 A碳钢以及复配物在CO2介质中对N80钢的腐蚀速度和缓蚀效率。结果表明:该咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在盐酸介质中对20 A碳钢具有较强的缓蚀能力,并且其与吗啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇复配后对抑制CO2的腐蚀有很好的效果。在实验条件下,该复配物的加入量为500 mg/l时,气相中的缓蚀效率为93.6%,液相中的缓蚀效率为96.9%。

【Abstract】 An imidazoliny corrosion inhibitor was prepared and a vapor - liquid phases corrosion inhibitor was developed by mixing the imidazoline with other chemicals. The corrosion rate and inhibition efficiency of the imidazoline for 20A carbon steel in hydrochloric acid and the mixture containing imi- dazoline for N80 steel in CO2 medium were investigated by weight loss method. The results showed that the imidazoliny inhibitor had strong inhibition ability for 20A carbon steel in hydrochloric acid. Additionally, the mixture of the imidazoline with morpholine derivative, thiocarbamide and propiolic alcohol has good inhibition efficiency for CO2 corrosion both in vapor phase and liquid phase under the experimental condition. The value was 93 .6 % in vapor phase and 96.9 % in liquid phase when the content of the corrosion inhibitor was 500ppm.
