氨基化丙烯酸的反相悬浮交联聚合及吸水性能研究
THE STUDIES ON POLYMERIZATION OF Α-HYDROXY PROPYL DIMETHYLMINE-ACRYLIC ACID IN INVERSE SUSPENSION AND PROPERTIES OF RESINS
【摘要】 以丙烯酸、二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料 ,通过曼尼希反应制得两性离子单体 :α -羟丙基二甲胺基 -丙烯酸。以该单体为原料、环己烷为分散介质、Span - 6 0为悬浮稳定剂、过硫酸钾 -亚硫酸氢钠体系为引发体系、N ,N′ -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备了一种高吸水树脂———两性离子单体和丙烯酸的聚合物。讨论了交联剂用量、引发剂用量、单体的摩尔配比、分散剂用量、中和度等因素对该聚合物吸水率的影响 ,同时对该产品进行了性能评价。
【Abstract】 An amphoteric monomer α-(hydroxy propyl dimethylamine)-acrylic acid was prepared by "Mannich reaction" used acrylic acid,dimethylamine and epicholorohydrin as materials.The polymer of this amphoteric monomer and acrylate sodium was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization,using Span-60 as the dispersing agent,cyclohexane as the organic phase,N,N’-methyiene bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as the inititator.The effect on polymer’s absorption by reaction conditions such as materials molar ratio,the contents of cross-linker and the initiator were discussed.The performance of this super water-absorbent polymer were investigated.
