【Abstract】 Based on the developing tendency of the intercept net for volleyball and the technical characteristics of the fast crisscross attack,method of the intercept net for volleyball are suggested for the corresponding lineup of it to raise the rate of intercept net.In the meantime,the defensive lineup and the method were suggested to obtain more marks in counterattack.更多还原
