【Abstract】 The construction of an eco-economic province is a grand systematic project whichis an inevitable approach to achieve Jilin’s objectives of beneficial ecotype economy accordingto the principles of sustainable development. As strategic environment appraisals of con-structing an eco-economic province is an effective measure to guarantee the construction ofJilin Province, appraisals were given by analyzing the impacts of economic structure,industry structure, industry overall arrangement and strategies on environment. The har-mony and development of policy from both ecology and economy were assessed whileguarantees and suggestions were proposed for decision-making in the eco-economic provinceconstruction.更多还原
